1. Compliance with regulations
You will use this service and the APRS network only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the United States and the equivalent regulations in your country. You represent that you hold any required amateur radio license and will operate in accordance with its privileges and restrictions.
2. No liability for user content
All content (messages, position reports, and other data) that you create, send, or cause to be sent over the APRS network is solely your responsibility. The operator of this service (WB4BOR) and the APRS Radio Online platform are not responsible for any content that users create or transmit. You are solely responsible for your use of the service and the consequences of that use.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use this service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to transmit illegal, fraudulent, or malicious content. You will not attempt to disrupt the service, interfere with other users, or misuse the APRS network or this platform.
4. Service availability and termination
This service is provided at the operator’s discretion. The operator (WB4BOR) may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if the operator determines that you have violated these terms or are using the service in a malicious or abusive manner. The operator is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such suspension or termination.
5. Agreement
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
